Training Module
The Training module helps you ensure every team member has completed their required onboarding, compliance training, or skills assessments — with a full completion audit trail.
Creating a Training Item
- Go to Training in the admin dashboard sidebar.
- Click Create Training.
- Add a title (e.g., "Food Safety Level 1"), description, and attach any supporting files or links.
- Set whether acknowledgement is required (employees must actively confirm they've completed it).
Assigning to Employees
Select the training item and click Assign. Choose the employees or entire job role groups to assign it to. Each assigned employee receives a notification to complete the training.
Tracking Progress
The training dashboard shows a progress grid — who has acknowledged the training and when, and who still has it pending. Download a completion report for your compliance records.
