When does billing start?

Your $1 trial gives you 30 full days of access. After your trial ends, you'll be charged $10 per active user per month (+ applicable taxes). We'll email you a reminder before your trial expires.

How does the team member pricing work?

Team members are completely free. Your organisation pays $10/user/month, which covers all the team members you have active in that billing period. Team members never see a bill.

What happens to my card after the $1 trial?

We save your card details securely via Stripe (the world's leading payment processor) to automatically bill you after your trial ends. You can update or remove your card at any time from your billing settings.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes. You can cancel at any time — even on day one. If you cancel before the 30 days is up, your account will be deactivated at the end of the billing period and you won't be charged anything further.

Is there a setup fee?

No — the $99 setup fee has been waived for the $1 trial offer. You get full access to all features from the moment you pay your $1.

What if I have archives or inactive users?

Archived users are billed at just $1/month to preserve their historical records. Only active users count toward the $10/user/month rate.
