Recording Your Hours
ShiftRova uses GPS-verified clock-ins so every timesheet is accurate and auditable.
Clocking In
- Open the ShiftRova app and navigate to Clock In or tap your upcoming shift tile on the home screen.
- The app will verify your GPS location against the assigned work site. If you're within the geofence radius, the clock-in button activates.
- Tap Clock In. Your start time is recorded to the second.
Clock Out
At the end of your shift, open the app and tap Clock Out. If you forget, your manager can manually set your clock-out time from the Timesheets dashboard before approving.
If GPS Fails
If your phone can't get a GPS signal (e.g., indoors), the app will prompt you to confirm you are on-site. Your manager will be notified of the GPS override so they can verify attendance.
