Round only the values you intend to change

Managers and Organisation Admins can apply rounding to Pending timesheets. An Organisation Admin configures the rounding intervals and methods.

Set the rounding rules

  1. Open Settings → General → Time & Attendance.
  2. Set Timesheet Rounding Value (Minutes) and Timesheet Rounding Method for clock times.
  3. Set Break Rounding Value (Minutes) and Break Rounding Method separately for total break duration.
  4. Choose Save Changes. A zero-minute interval disables that rounding target.

Apply rounding to a row

  1. Open Timesheets and find the Pending record.
  2. Click its rounding control and choose Start/Finish, Breaks or Both.
  3. Review the resulting times, break minutes and net hours before approving.

Nearest selects the closest interval; Always Up moves the selected value to the next interval; Always Down moves it to the previous interval. Moving both start and finish forward does not necessarily increase paid hours.

Break rounding changes total break minutes; it does not rewrite individual recorded break periods. If a rounding change was unintended, use the row's Undo arrow while it remains available.
