Your Organisation Profile
A well-configured organisation profile ensures your team's emails, rosters, and payroll documents are correctly branded and localised.
Where to Find It
Go to Settings → Organisation from the admin sidebar.
Key Fields to Complete
- Organisation Name & Logo: Shown on all published rosters, shift notifications, and employee-facing emails.
- Business Address: Used as the default clock-in location if you haven't set up specific site locations yet.
- ABN / Business Number: Required for payroll documents and tax compliance.
- Default Timezone: All scheduled shift times and timesheet timestamps will be stored and displayed in this timezone.
- Billing Contact Email: Where subscription invoices and overdue notices are sent.
Save your changes and they'll propagate to all employee-facing features immediately.
