Document Management
ShiftRova's Documents module lets you store important files against employee profiles — from signed contracts to RSA certificates to First Aid cards.
Uploading a Document
- Navigate to Documents in the dashboard sidebar.
- Select the employee the document belongs to.
- Click Upload Document and choose the file from your device.
- Add a document title, expiry date (optional), and category (e.g. "Compliance", "Contract").
- Click Save. The document is stored securely and accessible by the employee and admin.
Expiry Alerts
If you set an expiry date, ShiftRova will send you a notification 30 days before the document expires — useful for RSA renewals, Working With Children checks, and first aid certificates.
Supported File Types
PDF, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files are accepted. Maximum file size is 10MB per document.
