Cancelling ShiftRova
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to cancel and what to expect.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- You'll be asked to confirm and optionally provide a reason (this helps us improve).
What Happens to Access
Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, access is suspended. You will not be billed again.
What Happens to Your Data
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. During this period, you can reactivate at any time and all your rosters, timesheets, and employee records will be intact. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Need to Export Your Data First?
Before cancelling, export all your payroll reports, timesheets, and documents from the Reports section. These will not be available after the 30-day retention window.
