How billing works, what's included in your plan, and when you're charged.

Your Subscription

ShiftRova uses a simple, usage-based subscription model — you pay based on the number of active team members in your organisation each billing period.

Billing Cycle

You are billed monthly on your renewal date. Invoices are emailed to your organisation's billing contact address and are also available in Settings → Billing.

Active Team Members

You are charged for every active (non-deleted, non-suspended) team member in your organisation at the time your invoice is generated. Team members are counted even if they didn't work that month — to avoid being charged, remove former staff (Team → Remove Member).

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Update Payment Method.
  3. Enter your new card details. Stripe (our secure payment processor) stores your card — ShiftRova never sees your full card number.
