Downloading & Logging Into the Mobile App

ShiftRova works natively on iOS and Android. Here's how to get set up.

Mobile App Setup

ShiftRova's mobile app is where employees clock in, view rosters, request swaps, and access their payslips — all from their phone.

For Employees (New Accounts)

  1. Check your email for the ShiftRova invite link and click Set Up My Account.
  2. Create your password on the setup page.
  3. Download ShiftRova from the App Store or Google Play.
  4. Log in with your email and new password.

Biometric Login (Face ID / Touch ID)

After your first login, ShiftRova will offer to enable Face ID or Touch ID for faster future logins. This is optional but highly recommended for quicker clock-ins. You can enable or disable it anytime in Profile → Security.

Staying Logged In

Sessions last 30 days. If you're ever logged out automatically, simply log back in with your email/password or use biometrics if enrolled.
