Password Reset
If you can't log in because you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to regain access.
From the Login Screen
- On the ShiftRova login screen, click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send Reset Link. You'll receive an email within a few minutes with a secure password reset link.
- Click the link in the email, enter your new password, and confirm it.
- Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one number and one special character.
Changing Your Password While Logged In
Go to Profile → Security and click Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password first, then your new one.
Reset Link Expired?
Reset links expire after 12 hours, and only the most recently requested link is valid. If yours has expired, visit the login page and request a new one.
