Biometric Login Setup
Biometric login (Face ID or Touch ID) lets you log into ShiftRova with a glance or a touch — faster and more secure than typing your password every time.
Enabling Biometrics
- Log into ShiftRova with your email and password on your mobile device.
- After login, you may be automatically prompted to enable biometrics. Tap Enable.
- Alternatively, go to Profile → Security → Biometric Login and toggle it on.
- Your device will ask you to authenticate once with Face ID or Touch ID to confirm.
How It Works
A secure, encrypted token is stored on your device and the ShiftRova server. When you log in with biometrics, this token is verified without ever sending your password. The token expires after 30 days, after which you'll need to re-authenticate with your password and re-enrol biometrics.
Disabling Biometrics
Go to Profile → Security → Biometric Login and toggle it off. You can also remove access remotely from a web browser by logging into your account and going to Profile → Security → Revoke Biometric Access.
