For your security, ShiftRova temporarily locks accounts after multiple consecutive failed login attempts.

Lockout Policy

  • After 3 failed attempts, there is a short cooldown period before you can try again.
  • After 5 failed attempts, a longer lockout applies.
  • Lockouts reset automatically — you do not need to contact anyone if you're willing to wait.

Fastest Way to Regain Access

If you're locked out, use the Forgot Password flow immediately. Resetting your password clears the lockout counter and allows you to log back in with your new credentials right away.

If You Believe Someone Else Is Trying to Access Your Account

Reset your password immediately and notify your Org Admin. Consider enabling biometric login so your account requires physical device access to log in. Your Org Admin can also check your recent login history from the admin panel.
