Your Payslip History
ShiftRova keeps a complete record of your payslips for easy access whenever you need them — for tax time, loan applications, or your own records.
Accessing Payslips
- Open the ShiftRova app or web dashboard.
- Navigate to Payroll → My Payslips.
- You'll see a list of all pay periods, sorted by most recent first.
Downloading a Payslip
Click on any pay period to view the full breakdown — gross pay, deductions, super contributions, and net pay. Click Download PDF to save a copy to your device.
I Can't Find a Payslip
If a payslip is missing, it likely hasn't been generated yet (payroll may not have been processed for that period). Contact your Org Admin or payroll manager to check the status of the pay run.
